Send and manage secure shares

Step by step

   Open Secure shares and choose the content and access method offered by your plan.

   For recipient email verification, supply the recipient email. Choose expiry by time, views or the available combined policy.

   Create the share and use the generated delivery flow. The recipient follows the link and completes any verification required.

4. 4

   Open the share’s history to review recorded access and remaining availability.

5. 5

   Use Resend secure link when needed; the earlier emailed link stops working. Revoke an active share to stop further access.

   Use the available archive or content-removal action only after reading its confirmation.
