Build surveys and review responses

Questions, respondent identity, response limits and results.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Surveys and create a survey with title, slug, description and optional header branding.

  2. 2

    Add questions using the types offered by the question editor and mark required questions.

  3. 3

    Choose whether to require full name or collect email, and set the response limit.

  4. 4

    Enable Accept responses and optionally list the survey in the public directory.

  5. 5

    Share the public link/QR and review responses in the survey. When email collection is enabled, one response is accepted per email address.

  6. 6

    Close Accept responses when finished. For automated delivery to your own system, follow Survey webhooks.
